Wotif Has Signed On As The Rabbitohs Pathways Major Partner

The South Sydney Rabbitohs have announced that leading online travel site Wotif will become the Club’s Pathways Major Partner in 2019.

Wotif will appear on the front of the Rabbitohs’ NSW Intrust Super Premiership (ISP), Jersey Flegg Cup under 20s and NSWRL Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership Jerseys in a major boost for the Rabbitohs’ pathways program.

Wotif branding will also appear on pathways training gear and polo shirts.

Wotif will be offering deals and discounts for Rabbitohs Members when booking travel through Wotif.com/rabbitohs including flights and accommodation for Rabbitohs home games in Sydney, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Central Coast in 2019, plus away games in Sydney, Mudgee, Brisbane, Canberra, Townsville and Auckland.

Rabbitohs CEO, Blake Solly, is very happy to see a brand like Wotif connecting with the grassroots supporters of the Rabbitohs pathways teams.

“In 2019, the Rabbitohs will be fielding a full pathways program from the open age men’s and women’s teams as well as under 20s, and to have the support of Wotif on board is a great lift for our program,” Mr Solly said.

“We’re aiming to develop and deliver community-friendly game day events throughout the season at Redfern Oval and other venues which will see our community connect with our Club, and it’s wonderful that Wotif has seen the benefits of connecting with 30,000-plus Rabbitohs Members online and at our pathways game days.

“Wotif is an innovative and cutting-edge travel booking site that caters for the whole family and these are the same values we’re trying to bring to our pathways program – fun, new, community-oriented games and events that everyone can enjoy.

“Our Members will also have more opportunity to travel and see their team play all over the country and overseas with the great deals they will have access to through Wotif.com/rabbitohs.

“We’re excited to have the team at Wotif on board and we can’t wait to see the players run out onto the field in the new jerseys, as the next generation of Rabbitohs’ men’s and women’s players in 2019.”

Wotif Managing Director, Daniel Finch, is looking forward to kicking off the 2019 season as a Rabbitohs Pathways partner and is committed to providing support to the pathways players and fans alike.

“The Rabbitohs are backed by such a strong, iconic history in Australia and we are incredibly proud to be supporting the Club this season and in particular, up and coming players, through the Club’s pathways program.

“Not to mention, the Rabbitohs fan base is a passionate bunch and by booking both game-related travel and their own leisure travel through Wotif.com/rabbitohs, Members will now be able to access discounts and book great deals for the whole family to enjoy throughout the season and beyond.”
