My Muscle Chef Expands Dragons Deal To Include Women’s Premiership Team

My Muscle Chef, a food-prep delivery service, has expanded its current deal with the St George Illawarra Dragons to include the 2019 Women’s Premiership team.

My Muscle Chef currently supplies post-match nutrition to the Dragons’ NRL squad with fresh pre-prepared meals and will do the same for the Women’s Premiership team throughout the upcoming season.

The food-prep company will also receive additional exposure under the new deal, with their brand to appear on the back of the women’s playing jerseys.

Senior marketing manager of My Muscle Chef, Clementine Churchill, was pleased to back not only the Dragons’ second Women’s Premiership foray but also the fastest growing participation segment of rugby league.

“My Muscle Chef is incredibly proud to support the Dragons positive contribution to the growth of female participation in rugby league,” Churchill said.

“We are delighted to have strengthened our partnership beyond the existing relationship we have with the Dragons and be part of the incredibly important movement that is the growth of female participation in sport.

“We are proud to fuel these inspiring athletes with the post-match nutrition they need to perform at the highest level of their sport.”

St George Illawarra Chief Executive, Brian Johnston, welcomed My Muscle Chef’s commitment to the Dragons’ 2019 Women’s Premiership endeavours.

“We are delighted that My Muscle Chef have chosen to extend their association with the Dragons’ to our women’s team,” Johnston said.

“It is a testament to their genuine interest and commitment to the propagation of women’s sport, and a fantastic boost to our squad in the final weeks of their 2019 Women’s Premiership preparation.

“I would like to thank CEO Tushar Menon and all the team at My Muscle Chef for this decision.

“We look forward to working with them throughout the campaign.”

Round one of the women’s premiership will coincide with the NRL finals.
