Formula 1 Extends Partnership with Canal+
ormula 1 has announced an extended broadcast partnership with the Canal+ group, with every session from the Grand Prix available on its channels in France until 2024.
Canal+ first broadcast Formula 1 in 2013, and the extended partnership will see Canal+ also show all Free Practice and Qualifying sessions live.
Canal+ will also air after-race debriefs and analysis programming after a Grand Prix weekend with exclusive content from their editorial team.
Every season, sessions from four Grand Prix weekends will be broadcast live and free-to-view as part of the extended partnership, including qualifying and the race at each French Grand Prix.
This extended partnership will also see Canal+ broadcasting live coverage of every FIA Formula 2 Championship and FIA Formula 3 Championship sessions.
Formula 1 and Canal+ fans will also be able to get closer to the racing action on myCANAL by viewing onboard camera feeds and overseeing everything that is happening using the car tracking features.
Fans will also have access to the group’s renowned motorsport coverage via dedicated F1 channel CANAL + FORMULA 1.
