St Kilda Football Club will be fuelled by Australian Nutrition & Sports (ANS) for the 2019 AFL season after becoming an official partner.
ANS, a nutrition and wellness company, has expanded since its founding in 2006 to become a thriving company, with operations in Australia and Asia, with a particular focus on further expanding into Asia in the future.
Saints General Manager of Commercial, Chris Larkins, said it was fantastic to have ANS joining the St Kilda family.
“We’re thrilled to welcome ANS on board,” Larkins said.
“Our trip to China this year is an important and historic moment for the club.
“To have a partner with us who is experienced in the region come along for the journey is really exciting.”
ANS specialises in nutrition and wellness supplements and baby milk formula, a product that is close to the hearts of many at the Saints.
“Our Saints family has expanded quite a bit over the past few months, with several players, coaches and staff starting or expanding their own families,” Larkins said.
“To have ANS on board, who have the wellness and health of families just like ours at the core of their business, is great.”
ANS CEO, Tom Lashan, said he was looking forward to a prosperous relationship with the club.
“The opportunity to partner with the Saints here in Victoria, as well as when they venture into China for the first time, is fantastic,” Lashan said.
“We employ only the best nutritionists and health scientists, and we invest in our people and products to make sure as an organisation we continually improve – a trait we share with St Kilda.
“I look forward to working with everyone at St. Kilda and advancing this partnership for the benefit of both organisations.”
